I am about to open a shopify store and besides paypal i would like to accept credit card payments using stripe, braintree, 2checkout or something. the problem is i dont have a company registered. What would be the cheapest way to form a company. i live in europe.

I don't think you need to have a company registered to use companies like 2checkout or bluesnap. You just sign up for them as you would a Paypal account and then integrate them with your shop and off you go.

yes but for 2checkout i listen people with their money freezed on 2checkout because they dont have a legit company. i live in greece and here the tax is very high so dropshipping will not be profitable if i form a company here in greece.

Use a different company then. When I was using 2checkout I don't think they had a requirement that it was a business only. If you give them legitimate information you should be ok.

With that said I did get my account closed due to higher than normal chargeback rate (a reality of dealing with black hat types) but I got all of my money eventually. Why not just go with a different payment processor, there are lots out there to choose from.

There is a section on Shpify that tells you what companies you can use to receive payment with credit cards.
What country are you in?
you need to know that 2checkout is very strict.

Paypal can accept credit cards on your behalf can't they?

I suggest you stay away from paypal and only accept credit cards

When I used shopify, they had their own cc processor that you are able to use. Has that changed?

am i able to use shopify payment proccessor without having a company?

Yeah I just used my personal info is all. No business stuff.

In my country i can open a Company for free. 1 day work.. And you can close it any time you like without costs. It does have a lot of benefits.
