I have been running a video games website for the past 2 years, we get lots of games and hardware to review no problem but would like to start earning money on ads and also get more views as everyone else does in this world!

Any advice on what steps we should be taking / following or paying even as we are not certain our onpage SEO is setup correctly and what we are ranking for

You need to run social media accounts! Social Media is used by a ton of people and with the right tweets, posts etc. you can draw their eye to your website.

Such a saturated niche but you need to throw in some freebies every now and then, like a free game or a free controller etc.

You make a post on your website where they can comment for the item where you will state you will pick one person from that list.

On your Facebook you make a post telling you giving away x item and link it to that page of your website.

That is how I am planning to boast my website.

Post your video on YouTube that will drive more traffic to your website.Advertise on Facebook, Twitter also helpful to get traffic.
