confused beginner with 400 $

Hey , I read mencar's thread , I read intensively about affiliate marketing for 2 weeks now , but I'm still confused , is it better to create a blog or just a squeeze page with an optin list (along with a freebie ofc) or do both ?

should I purchase aweber ? or just mailchimp which is free ?

I created a domain name and installed some wp plugins but my website is still empty , I really don't know what to do , as mentionned in the title , I managed to collect 400 $ , and I just hope to get 300 $ each month in 2 or 3 months if possible.

How would you go about this if you were in my place ? (beginner with 400 $)

Expect to stumble along the way as that will be a part of your learning process.

Use MC for now as it is free for a couple of thousand emails because 400.00 is really not a whole lot of money.

You'll need a way to drive traffic (social media can do that for you for free) and you'll need a landing page that will give people a reason to opt in to your email list.

You can see thousands of those by looking at what is available on Clickbank and build your site based on those.

Anyone that does PM you and tells you that they can help you and asks for your money is probably someone you want to ignore.

Read more on here, ask questions on here and then look at which avenue you want to go down.

That is what I would do as a starter in that aspect of IM with the small amount of capital you have and take note as to what @MisterF said.

I read everything that's posted , about the content that I should email people (the follow up email sequence) , I got some free quality PLR (that I will rewrite of course) that I intend to distribute slowly over the course of some days , I will then insert affiliate links along with the free PLR content that I will send to people that opted to my list , for every 2 free content , I will promote one product , is that the right thing to do? I really appreciate you two giving me valuable informations.

I find it more effective to promote something every 3 or 4 emails and not every email but that could be because of the niches I am in. Others may have different results with their niches so you'll want to play with that.

Also, there are a ton of products that relate to others so you would probably be better served offering different products in your emails.

But again those are my niches and you can get a more well rounded answer from someone that is not as narrow niched as I am.

If i was at your place i would not waste $400 and keep them safe and try to earn more from freelancing before investing.

That's what I will do I think , I will try to get money without investing too much , then when I succeed , I will begin investing money

Update : I know it's been one month that I created this thread , so far I've collected 60 unique targeted leads in the past few days only , I'm very happy as they just started coming , it's a very slow progress and I guess all things that are worth something demands hard work.
