I got in touch with Clickbank but do not see them answered.
how to reopen my account ??

I am dealing with them from last 6-7 years and used all bad practices but they never ban the account. you would have done something really serious. So how were you promoting your offer

I don't think it really matters unless he used Craigslist or something like it. He made sales not leads. Why would they do such thing?

It matters. If you spam everywhere and throw your hoplinks from left to right, this is the result of what to expect. I'm not judging OP, maybe his promotion method was legit. Also could be that he got suspeded because of insanely high chargeback rate.

You should have received an email with the reason of suspension, check your inbox, spam/trash folder for that emails.

Also, you should get an email in 48 to 72 hours, that's what they usually take to reply.

I had an abandoned account and got the email that it's closed long back and just had around $20 in there. When I contacted support, they told I can open another account with same details, but only the username can't be same and I'm good with the new account from past 1 year, since I started working with CB again.

You might do something wrong. They won't answer you and if you reopen a new accout, your accout will still be banned without any reason.

SUSPEND means the account is temporarily suspended - get in touch with CB and they will lift this for you after they discuss the issue with you. It can be a high chargeback rate, bad payment information (eg your previous payment bounced) etc...
Also if the vendor you are working with is a platinum vendor, he can ask his CB rep to speed this up for you.

Of course, you won't get your money back if you open a new account.

I would say at least they should have sent you an email to tell you the reason of suspension and I guess your not bothered about that.
