Why cannot I post a reply to a thread (sometimes)

Sometimes it happens that I cannot simply post the reply to the thread. I am just writing the message and clicking the "Post Reply" button, but basically, nothing happens. for a second, the loading bar appears in the top right corner but neither the page is reloaded, nor the reply is posted. Moreover, the three buttons under Message box becomes pale white.

For instance, now it happens the same in my thread in White Hat SEO forums. I cannot reply there. Tried few times refreshing the page, but does not help.
This has occurred to me few times in the past as well, but then it got sorted itself.
Is anyone experiencing the same?

@Massacre - go ahead and send that info to support.blackhatworld.com as I am sure it will help not only you but a few others as there is a bug running amuck somewhere.
