I think CPAlead is a fraud, i joined them recently and i noticed that they don't pay you the listed payout for a given offer, instead they just give you some cents like $0.01 and $0.05 for US leads, in addition to that a lot of members complain about not getting paid, because the network always keep postponing payment date.
Anyway, i am just a beginner and maybe i am wrong but there is definitely something wrong with this network, so if any more experimented marketer could enlighten us that would be great, especially about the EPC and the payout because as I know the EPC is just an indicator of how the offer converts: earning/number of clicks,.
For example:
when you generate 10 leads out of 100 clicks on a certain offer that pays $2, then:

*Offer Payout: $2
*CR: 10/100=10%
*EPC (based on your performance): $20/100=$0.20 (this is not what you get paid, it just means that you get an average of $0.20 per click for this offer)
*Earnings: $20

This is what i understood, but when you generate a lead with CPAlead i think you get paid based on EPC because this is the only way to explain the cents you get.
please correct me if i am wrong.

Well. CPALead (and all these other networks) aren't really a scam. The thing is. The network or advertiser doesn't count every click and lead so they're basically scraping you.

Do you mean bad leads? because there is a dedicated section for them and it shows 0 bad lead which means that my leads are good but i don't get paid for them.

Nope, not bad leads. Scraping/shaving. They are simply not rewarding you for good leads.

1. Head over to unknowncheats.me and look up a few games, perhaps popular ones as they usually get the most views. Download the latest hack tools, cheats
2. Upload them to your web hosting, setup a domain where you will post all your videos.
3. Head to CPAGrip, Go to the menu on the left side and click “monetization tools”, then URL/File lockers
4. Setup a URL locker to go to the hack/cheats you want to use. Use a url shortner. Dont post the direct URL
5. Now go to youtube and look for some game play footage of hacks with the game you have the cheats for. It doesn’t matter if its the exact same cheat or not. Download the video and re upload with some editing it to your account.
6. You will need to name the title with something catching and for tags and description, use the relevant keywords.
