Need a Help! Hi Is there any one doing SEO for Clients?

I have my own SEO clints who are getting monthly basis SEO services from me, some time when i'm going to charge the cost end of month some of them skip the do payment.

What we can do for them continue to SEO each month. because once client see the keyword comes first page they happy with that result and try avoid the continue SEO. then it is a huge loss for my site, becuase i'm getting client to contiune at least 1 year for SEO. Any suggestions?

Actually I'm not asking for SEO services. I need some suggestion from SEO guy who doing SEO for his own clients, I need to know How they convince clints to continue SEO at least 01 year even his Keywords come to first page.

Either you could convince your clients to stick with you by explaining SEO is not a one-off thing and it has to be done on a regular basis. Another option is to get clients to signup for a maintenance package.

I alrady get signup for monthly subcription, unfortunatly they skip do continuesly. The thing is most of my clients haven't clear idea about SEO stuffs. once they getting inquries they think all thing done and for why need pay for SEO again. that is the matter i faced with clients,

Because i have all access with webmaster and analytics stuffs, if they go for another SEO one they should ask for them. matter is when continue seo they are getting enough inquries from long tail keywords rather than main keyword which focussing to do SEO. that is why they arent pay each month.

Educate your clients, constantly (they need to see you as their IM god). Keep in touch with your clients, constantly (they need to see you as their trusted friend). Offer incentives for longer-term commitments. Start charging upfront. Structure it as a monthly subscription service with automated billing at the beginning of the month.

Good points mates, Communication is main thing, most of clients dont know how SEO stuffs working, if i can improve the communcation process with them they will treat me well. normally how many times you contact clients on each month to conviance them?

When I owned a SEO agency, we used to do the following:
Autoresponder - series #1: "how to do SEO the right way" (shows them it's not easy and helps manage expectations), leads to series #2: "how to select the right SEO agency" (pre-sells my services)
Blog - new educational in-depth article every week (always deals with a FAQ)
Facebook - curated 3rd-party articles shared along with my comments, 5-10/week
Email/Twitter/Skype/Fb comments - customer support, small talk

yeh need to implement these strategic things, if i send some news letter every month they should know i'm keeping touch with them even they skip the continue SEO

Yes, if you have a way to monetize the site(s). The way I got into doing SEO for others is by owning a large number of made-for-adsense sites. The work we did on those sites was interesting for other people, who owned e-commerce stores, etc. Eventually, we left the adsense business and did only SEO for others, because it was more lucrative for us.
