Just about to do a Site Flip - But How Secure is Flippa Escrow

I new to flipping a website so I wanted to know how secerue is Flippa escrow in handling payments. And how can I spot if someone is trying to con me.

Here's some info on the guy who wants to buy the site:

Citizen: American
Member: since 2 years

No feedback received
No transactions succesfully completed
No comments placed
No properties listed

Sorry for being so paranoid but this is my first time doing a site flip with a guy I don't know. It looks to me like this person is a scammer (just my thoughts). I'v read many times how people get scammed selling there websites. And I don't want my hard work to go down the toilet.

Nobody can tell you how the deal will go or how it will be handled by Flippa. Escrow should be safe but ...

You might be better off contacting flippa support and asking for some assurance/guarantee.

This was one of the nerve recking days but finally manage to transfer sites and payments was a moment ago released.
But it was a really nice experience, so now I know how to flip websites.
