Ebay Arbitrage

So i started doing some ebay/amazon arbitrage and I'm coming across this problem and wanted to know if anyone had a solution. Apparently Paypal hold the money for 21 days or at least 3 days till shipping information is provided. However if I'm using the money from ebay to purchase the item on Amazon, then you can see my dilemma. Is there a way around this?

You'll need to build the account up or look into purchasing accounts that don't have the hold. From what I've seen amazon seem to be clamping down on dropshippers now anyway.

Is Amazon really clamping on Dropshippers, as am looking forward to starting this soon. If so do you know any work around for this. Sorry to bump an old thread, just need some advice

Ye they used to ban my prime accounts, there is a way around it as I can still see many dropshippers on ebay.

I want to start a similar journey soon. I think the what's holding me back is similar to your dilemma.

1. How do you prevent getting your prime banned?
2. What do you do about returns?
3. How do you circumvent the hold on PayPal on your own accounts instead of buying an established account?

If I could work these out it would make things a lot easier.

1. I'm guessing it involves multiple prime accounts with different IP's, credit cards and spreading the orders across each one but you would have to test it.

2. Returns are easy, you just go onto the order and it will give you an option to print out the return label. Print screen and crop the return label and send it to the customer, it will show on the order details when the return has been received then you give them a refund through paypal. Returns aren't that common anyway.

I'm finding this method to slowly become untenable. Amazon seems to be increasingly using their own shipping/logistics service to ship their products, meaning you don't get a viable tracking number for your eBay orders.

I had a custom bot made for price changes but that was about it. I wouldn't recommend using automation for creating listings

Same here, but I use Pricechirp for alerts with price changes. Emails you when prices go up and down. Works great.

Hello, salefreaks offers automation for purchasing, repricing, tracking, and amazon accounts. They are a bit pricey but it might be worth it to learn. They have a pretty good community of sellers that post about things all the time and I myself have learned a ton since joining. I have also tried priceyak and one other I can't remember the name of but they don't have as large of a community.

As far as the paypal problem, have you tried calling them? They might ask for receipts of items and for tracking on specific items so you might just stay away from that. you could ask for a fixed restriction that might be a large sum (depending on volume 5-10k) but at least it wouldnt hold your funds based on % of sales which could help you grow.
