if you really want to take the challenge, buy an aged domain that was created before year 2000, build the main page for that high competition keyword and a lot more sub forum for the lower competition keyword.

but this is not cheap and not for newbie

find a suitable old/aged domain from here:
https://www.name.com/expired_domains.php

the benefit of aged domain is you can build bulk backlink fast and it already pass google sandbox (some kind of probation period)

main page target high & medium competition keyword, then create sub forum that target lower competition keywords.

once traffic kick off, members will write unique content and many keywords will rank from no where. (if you really make it happen, but again it is not easy)
 
100% impossible!

What keyword you choose " webmaster forum" , it default will think of users to visit Google webmaster product forum, you are fucked.
 
Even if you rank above them, they will just make it an ad. Thats what they do in some niches like maps etc.

I missed this, and you are exact, Google ad is always defeat all competitors, even Google.
 
I asked some SEO people on other sites and they also asked that is impossible.
 
I sill advice you to go with Sergey route and acquire number to Mr. Puti from him and only then you stand a chance.

Btw Mr. Puti lives in Moscow (cant really say hes name in full - its forbidden)
