is it possible to defeat Google on their search engine?

The only way to rank 1 & 2 on Google for that phrase is to buy Google.

Then you can have 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,& 10 if you want.

I think you'll find they have a way to make anything they want "sticky" at the top, no ranking signals, backlinks, or algorithms necessary when you own the playground itself.

Thanks but I don't want to buy adwords, just using SEO methods to get top search engines is thing I am expecting.
 
Some saint said that Anything is in this world possible. So, i think this is also possible but not sure how.

My team bought adwords but it costs so much, about $3000/ month that's why I am learning SEO.
