MoboWeb posted that he is selling bing accounts on someone's WTB, Since I was interested I PM'd him.
He accepted me and after he told me that he sells accounts, coupons I was interested. I asked him if he could provide any reviews or proof of his previous sells.
He replied "don't worry bro" "you're safe bro", avoiding my question.

I asked him if he ever sold an account, he replied that he has been doing this service for 3 years. I asked why can't I see any previous sales or reviews and he said: "not right now"

He refused to provide any reviews/proof of sales and was offering his service to people. I decided to check on him and I found out that his skype was used by a different user on the forum, a banned user.

Both of the skypes are the same exact, I decided to ask why does he have a banned account to see if it was actually him. He confirmed that it was him and told me he got banned for thread hijacking. But receiving a perm-ban for that didn't make sense to me.

This guy is going and offering his services to people on the forum, when I asked for proof related to his service he could not provide it at all.
On top of that he has been banned before on BHW, Which makes him a ban evader. The ban on his account has not expired yet and it's been six years.
I wouldn't recommend to deal with this guy, he simply was not able to provide proof of his services and he has been banned.
I have decided not to show certain details due to privacy.
