Dear OP,
I'm interested in your DMCA ignored hosting but I'm a bit confused, as your TOS clearly states: "...storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited..." - in my opinion, it means DMCA compliant, not ignore.
Also "We do not host adult content of any description". Does it mean that you don't allow adult content on DMCA free hosting also?
