I am not sure if its the writing on the website or not, but I am confused. Can i set to auto follow people who follow certain users? Can i set to auto like the posts of people who follow certain users? Can I prevent the tool from following certain people based on keywords and also prevent liking posts that contain certain keywords? Can I auto send direct messages to new followers of my accounts?

I wouldn't bother, I used some of the dominator software in the past and its not great. Just my personal opinion. The support is not the best either none of them speak fluent english.

Last week they rolled out 2.5 beta. I too got a copy being an existing customer. I can see auto follow followers of certain users and liking or commenting on their posts in this version. So it may help you. I have used their engaged users features, to follow people who liked or commented on posts of certain users and that worked fine.
