The software has changed a lot since you have last used it and yes the support is from India and English is not our first language, but we will try our best to serve you!
 
Hi, I have a question. Many IG services have been shut down recently. For example Instagress and MassPlanner. If IG asks you are you going to shut down the service or keep it going?

It is a very cool program and I have used all versions and this new version is very excellent and I advise everyone to use it and was treated very technical support and they have solved all the problems until it works in my computer and advise you to deal with technical support Raj kumar

Website can be down for some technical server issue for few hours. That doesnt mean we are going out business.
