get Dedicated USA private proxy will be better as it will be static in VPN IPS changes normally frequently.

90% of vpns are fake and keep logs. even if they say they dont. lets say they dont keep logs, their website still tracks visitors, their software is hosted on someone's else computers, meaning that its not safe, they require you to pay by debit card and cant choose bitcoins = your name in their database
i have crypticvpn bought trhough bitcoins its probably better than most of the things listed here but its still not 100% perfect

just bought HMA .for a month . and still not expired yet. but when im opening the application it is just always stuck on loading configuration . HMA Staff's helped me already . they give me some methods but still didn't wok . i wonder why HMA works in my first installation and now its giving me a error . that i can't figure out . i really like HMA cause i can choose location where i want, but its giving me a headache to figure out whats wrong but it works on first installation

Try to change server. I have experience such things but when some specific server is overloaded or our net connection slow then it doesn't connect. You can connect to the same server in same city as they offer approx 2-3 servers for same city. (Can't say if you want to connect other than a city outside USA).
