check for Nord Vpn, it's kind of double encryption and uses TOR application as well(embedded)

I'm using from long time HMA man its working Good for me on system and phone ... Anyways a lot of people don't like HMA not ur fault

For personal use i prefer TunnelBear or the built-in VPN in Opera, that one is free, unmetered and fast.
It really depends on the purpose though. For instance for social media you shouldn't use any of the commercial softwares, be it free or paid, because all of those are shared ips and you should opt for dedicated VPNs, what you can buy in the Proxies for Sale section of The Marketplace.

My suggestion, CyberGhost's free service is definitely useful, it has a clear no-logging policy and its paid-for tiers are capable. However, the software doesn't stand out among its rivals, with fewer countries on its roster than Hide My Ass! and fewer servers than Private Internet Access.

I have many.
HMA = older client works and the speed is quite good alongside with 120k+ Ips whereas newer client wont even connect.
PIA = my personal favourite, always maximum speed and focuses on No Logging.
VPNSecure = Only 50+ ips, if all gets abused, hardly anyone can use it.
