I want to purchase Massplaner unlimited for instagram but i cant pay with paypal cz my account is limited.. Is there any other way around? Thanks

Have you considered talking to paypal about it? If your paypal account is limited and restricted from buying anything, you can try inquiring about alternative payment methods.

Its kinda complicated.. i made my paypal 2 years ago now i live in a country where paypal is not available

Massplanner FAQ page says they only support paypal. Good luck.
