I am sorry, @Merylnoire, but no. Proxies will work only with exactly indicated in our offer pages: Google, Yahoo, Yandex, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, VKontakte and Wikipedia for SNIPE packages and Google, Yahoo and Yandex for SCAPE packages.

Responding to your question, as a general rule proxies are not replaced when you get bans, because if you scrape right you will not get blocked proxies by google.
But you can replace them after you renew your package. We will also replace proxies if there will be any technical issue from our side like i.e. mass range ban from google.

I need to purchase some private proxies but I have some questions!

Hi,

I had a problem recently I purchased 5 proxies working fine with IP authorization but I wanted to change it so my proxies would use user/password to connect. But when I changed the authorization the proxies don't work anymore, I contacted them and went back and forth with the support trying to figure out the solution but they told me "it must be something with your ISP, or firewall settings, or something else. If nothing works, the only thing I can suggest is to just use IP authorization instead"

I can't use IP authorization because I'm using the proxies for social media accounts and I have a dynamic IP address that keeps changing a lot.

The proxies are working fine with IP AUTHORIZATION.
But the problem is when I connect them using user/password !!!!!
17x.61.xxx.x1x:3128 this proxy works fine with my IP
17x.61.xxx.x1x:4444 Username: xxxxxx / Password: xxxxxxxx ( this doesn't work !! )

My concern is if your proxies could work with user/pass fine on my computer or I will get the same problem?
