High level plagiarism technique?

Got some articles written for cheap and figured I would do the editing myself. Going through the documents, there are some obvious parts that were copied from somewhere, but the papers pass a plagiarism test. So I kept editing and found a word that I wanted to lookup. When I copy and pasted it into google it said there was no match but I knew there should have been something. So I erased it and typed the word in by hand, and that caused the results to appear. I did this for several more basic words and the same thing happened. Something about the formatting of the article is preventing google from picking up the words and I suspect it prevents plagiarism checkers from picking up the plagiarized content. Does anyone know how to edit the documents so I can do a real plagiarism check?

I figured it out. The article appears as English but it is actually formatted as another language. Even when I try formatting it to English in google docs it doesn't override it. I hand typed a paragraph into the plagiarism checker and nearly all of it came back as an exact match from other text on the internet. These people are good, but not good enough. I'm going to get my money back. Watch out for this scam guys.

The optimized version of this text-manipulation process isn't out in the wild yet, so I'd rather not explain exactly how everything surrounding it works. It can be used to scam people, but it can also be used for other things that are way more useful than scamming people.

ALWAYS check for plagarism by manually typing what you're reading into Google. Type random strings of words with quotes around them from every couple paragraphs into the search bar and check to see if they're copied. Don't use the first or last sentence of a paragraph either, but one in the middle somewhere.

Also, check for synonym replacement by taking things like verbs and adjectives and wildcarding them in your search terms. This last thing is harder to do and personally, I haven't found a way to do it which doesn't make it sound like Google Translate, but better safe than sorry.

Advanced variances of this technique will make text look normal even on Notepad, that's why it's not safe.

Sorry if I'm coming across as being strong or snooty, but for the sake of others not getting scammed I'll reiterate that people who want to check their articles HAVE to type the words in manually. Do any copy-pasting and all you're asking the scammer to do is jump through an extra hoop to make his operation is undetected.

to each and every word by ctrl+H in words
then make it in white and in font 1.

Yeah, always manually type a few paragraphs into copyscape. These tossers copy complete articles so you don't need to type much in to see if it's genuine. So it doesn't take long and is well worth the effort.

Hi, @blackpanther111991. I've been asked a lot of times by my clients regarding this, too. It is not a good business practice to trick clients. Did you open a ShitList for that content provider? Is he/she from BHW?

No. They are on the most scam friendly site...Fiverr. I should have known better.

There are tons of invisible characters in the text, you can't see them.

It got me fooled, I could not believe what one member here showed me. What seemed identical sentences are actually very different texts.

Still not a good solution. Even that can be tricked. You've got to type in the sentences manually.

This is an ancient old day trick which someone even posted his tool to fake an article lol, called ASCII UTF8 or sth like that, go to search bar and type "unlimited articles" and you can find some related threads in old days, like 2009, 2011, 2012 ....

Always be cautious when buy articles from unknown person, but have to say, this scam method is known by few people.
