Need help: textpost acc

Okay so basically I have a textpost account that's aged over a year and I just started posting/gaining 3 days ago. I currently have 1300 followers. I am just manually following the followers of big accounts similar to my niche and then using a bot to unfollow.

My problem:

I know follow/unfollow only goes so far, and most the people only follow back cause you followed them and never really engage in your content. So, my question is: If I have no money to spend (sucks but it's part of being an adult) what would be the best/quickest way to grow my acc? Any tips to growing fast? Getting on explore page?

Is there anyone that has a teenage audience that could help me please?
