Quick HTML help please!

I need a master code that stops any new tabs from opening on my site. (if that is possible) I have 3rd party item on my page that open ads and they are viruses. Just want to keep my visitors safe. Couldn't find anything online as the obvious answer to this if you're doing all the coding is just make it not open in a new page. But I have no access to that open script. Any help?

The easiest way is to delete the website , and upload again from the back up.

But first check the back up for any vulnerabilities , injections ect.

It's not anything on my side. It's their video that when you click play does it. So if I did a fresh install would do that same thing. Might not exist, thanks for the tip though!
