I am a newcomer of email marketing. I need email for email marketing. How can I collect essential emails? If you have email collections please help me to send these collections or suggest me about it.

No, of course you don't have emails. So use your brain, Google and start collecting e-mails. Follow the rules and target a niche.

BHW is a great source of information, use the search bar and find topics relevant to what your'e looking for.
You may find people or sites that will sell you email lists ranging from a thousand to millions.
You won't get far though and just waste money if you don't know what you're doing and just want to spam them with offers.

Use the search bar on the top right to find guides related to email marketing. There are plenty of methods out there. Harvesting emails is only the easy part. lol. If you are lazy to even harvest emails, you will have a hard time with blasting emails no doubt. Lol. Don't expect people to spoonfeed you step by step.
