is it ok to do much of low quality links for a youtube video, like buying huge links for a youtube video, like running youtube ,churn and burn, will mke the video rank well via google and the youtube serch results ?

That will not have much impact on your youtube.com rankings by well google.com , by all means spam the hell out of the video with all kinds of cheap blast. 9 but 1 times you will see improvement. Google is partial.
