For full time working (16 Hour per day ) the salary is 110$ per Month, it mean nothing
I wish I was in US
English is not my first language
What I can do now?

I only have 70$ thats all
atleast give me some idea what is the best way to kill my self

Not much but enough to get started. If you can translate english to persian (I guess this is your mother toungue) you might be able to make some money from it

If you are so badly looking for making money, online work isn't the only way, you can look locally dude.
FYI -- check upwork.com , it might help you get a job, research, data entry , easy stuff.

avarages salary in Iran is 300$ for 9 hour per day and Only for people In-group favoritism.

Spend some time browsing through fiverr and upwork. Seeing as you seem to speak English decently well, and you must be pretty tech savvy to find this forum, I'm sure you have some marketable skills you could try posting on those sites. That will have a quicker payoff than methods here, which require more patience and capital.
