No engagement on any posts

This is a legit instagram account for my shopify store. I do not spam or do anything to raise a red flag.

However today I updated the link in the bio using a goo.gl shortened link to my store. I was kicked out from instagram.
I was asked to re-confirm phone verification. which i did successfully.
Logged in successfully, everything seemed normal.
But now whatever i post does not get any likes or comments or anything. only one post got 1 like and that was it. doesnt matter what hashtags i use or anything.

Has anyone experienced this? What are my options to fix this?

IG is getting spammed to death with Masaplanner and links in bio, so you have to be supper careful when posting links.

Rule #1: don't use shrteners, they look very spammy to IG

Start again and do better "IG account warm up"
There are whole underground forums and groups for IG "spamming"" for legit and CPA purposes.
Be ready for lots of research...

permanent, you could keep trying and 'hope' it revives. But, shadow bans on a platflorm like this are permanent

Thanks everyone for your inputs. Yeah i decided to move on after a couple days.

I always keep 3-4 instagram profiles brewing for age and this was one of them.

Lesson learnt: checking back on my records, this profile previously had 2 different urls in the bio. The 3rd one triggered the ban.

Conclusions: never change the url more than twice using a url shortener.

How does one contact instagram? I have a similar problem and the report a problem feature is absolutely useless.
