scammed by "Next Boss" for 85$

hi everyone last week this guy "Next Boss" contacted me at the first he was intrested about a thread that i've posted here but after that he told that he sell bing ads account .

and because that i need them i started to speack with him about geting some bing ads account he seems legit he told me he will sell me one for 30$ but after 24h i asked for one he said he charge 40$ for one acount because the situation changed ...

at that point i started to think that he is a scammer but for some how i trusted him and bought one he gave me access via VPS or Team viewer.

after i finished from setup the campaign within 12h the account got banned , so i contact him and he said maybe the problem is my domain name and i said yes becaus i already use it in a differnet bing account , so i bought a new one for 45$ + 200$ coupon but this one got banned before i even setup the campaign , so i contacted him and he start saying that i'm a newbee and it's because of me .

after a lot of talk he said that he will give me one account for the last one who got banned ,but if the last one got banned for no reason maybe the first one does also so i asked him to give 2 accounts but he said no and he said also ' I can create as much paypal as I want and it won't cost me anything....... but can you?" he mean PayPal account he told me that if i open a dispute on PayPal my account will be closed bla bla bla ..

anyway i contacted paypal resolution center and now waiting for answer

i searched also for him on BHW his skype :live:7d329f1617d47f41 and i found that he was on BHW before but he was banned for scamming people so this proov what i'm saying (old account:https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/nextboss.1014159/) his old account have the same username as his skype now

my friend also bought an account from him and the account got banned in few hrs

So to day i received a email from PayPal they say that the case is under view but i also received a message from the scammer


Well i think he start to be scare i told him the only siolution is to refund me but he didn't accept we will see what PayPal will say

This is very strange. He's sold me many accounts this week with no issues at all. I bought AWS accounts of him and he gave login details before payment etc. Paid him in BTC too. Did you use a proxy/vpn when accessing your Bing Ad account? If your account has been banned before, you should start with a clean slate again including new email, ip, ad campaigns, paypal/card, name, OS etc etc If they notice anything similar you will get banned.

He give me access to the account through team viewer so I don't need proxy and he create the account not me I just use it

As you said he seem to be legit but when the second account got banned for no reason the first one may also be so that's why I ask him for refund for both not one
