How many days it takes to provide extra ips?
Extra IPs for mailing purpose are meticulously reviewed manually before delivery to make sure they are blacklist free and suitable for your usage.
It may indeed involve some times a few day delay according to the order queue or the IP availibility.

@HostStage i am about to place an order for a dedicated server and have been chatting with a customer care agent because i need to get a 1Gbps port on the intel i3 8g which comes with 100mbps...the customer care said i can upgrade to 1gb for an additional fee and he said someone will contact me but its been forever now and i need to place my order today....please can someone contact me and tell me how much it is.
also do you have any promos for dedicated servers?

Mr. Vincent it seems you are ignoring me and your customer service has been terrible on your website. Telling me lies about my server being ready in 24 hours. It's been 2 days now and they keep telling me to wait. Before I purchased I asked how long it will take for the server to be up because I have a client that needs their site there today. I was told it would take 24 hours on Saturday but now it's up to 48hours with nothing done. Terrible service.
I have sent you numerous messages on skype but you ignore my messages. Support tickets have been raised but nothing has been done. Not even a reply back. I have been lied to and deceived by your company.
I believe we settled the matter on skype yesterday night. Managed Dedicated seems all pointed out for you to get the service you are after.

We don't follow DMCA complain per say since we aren't an US company. That being said, if we are being issued a datacenter complain we would have to comply. I'm not sure to understand your activity about streaming iframes.

All windows VPS orders have been delivered of course. There was a slight delay during the christmas / new years eve because of an unplanned amount of orders. (Windows VPS are being created manually for our users)
Now, the delay is less than 12 hours.

There isn't any coupon at this moment for our dedicated servers. The delivery time of dedicated servers does vary according to the set up you want (managed VS unmanaged) and the configuration you want.
We may have to assemble a dedicated for you if out of stock hence a greater delay.
Got my VPS. I ordered soldier and it looks good so far. I have been able to run adobe premier flawlessly (as per expectations from 1 gb ram).

If you are facing the slightiest issue, the best way is to either contact me directly on skype, or open a support ticket, or check with an operator online.
Odds regarding the timing of your issue, is that the issue came from an issue between you and the VPS. If you are still facing the issue, do contact me on skype.
My "mailing server" can't send mails for more than a week.
Please unblock outgoing port 25 or suspend server.
IF you have received emails regarding a SMTP port block, you can go to your client area at the place where you set the rDNS and you'll be able to unblock all your SMTP ports.
Please note that if you have been blocked, it means there is an issue with your mailing campaign that do require some changes. It could also be your mailing lists that include a lot of bounces which can't be used for mailing (RBL blacklists guaranteed and suspension of the VPS if picked up by the major ones). Before unblocking the port make sure you clear your mailing queue, to avoid being insta blocked after.
