USA google play dev account neeeded

Hello im from a non US country and i want to create a US G play dev account
thought of using entropay but heard they dont accept it anymore
is there any way that i can get an account

you can buy a ready account, or make it yourself, but you will need to purchase a VCC + dedicate proxy

i got an RDP but heard they dont accept VCC anymore do u know any work around that works

check in the marketplace ...I remember a provider told me that his vcc works with google play.

or..buy some gifts card in stores...saw some friends who made accounts with those gifts cards

for me I buy them from a provider, he provides bulk accounts with the proxy

with that I do not wast time in that process,
