Limit hours on Instagress

I have started to run the free trial of intragress last night, however it's just for 6 hours. And I'd like to work for more than 6 hours a day, Is that possible?

how many hours a day we could do for scheduling on Instagress, can we do more than 6 hours a day without setting off my instagram api? Please help thanks

It's possible but it's not possible for your account yet. It largely depends on the age of the account. If you create an account now and start following thousands of people per day, you are going to get banned, right away. You need to warm up new accounts by doing things that normal human beings would do with normal accounts! With a month or two old account, you can do much more following / unfollowing stuff. Recommended would be 600 - 800 per day (follow and unfollow). Now as the accounts grow older, 1000 - 1500 per days becomes possible. But again, a lot of things other than account age matter. I recommend just limit it to 6 hours cause your account might just go to waste and it's always better to keep it safe. If you put up spammy links in the bio, use the same #hastags again and again, post images at an exact regular interval (easy to catch -boting), etc. Avoid any activity on your Instagram mobile since Instagram might detect conflict activity and can lead to temporary/permanent block.
