Shitty because of the price that people are paying. To get an IP address, it cost $1- $2 a month. What makes you think that the proxy seller can sell you quality proxy at $1 - $1.50? Agree?

You should create ticket. If you did that and get reply, that fund didn't receive, it means, that you cancel payment.

Contact your Coinpayments system and ask them about transaction. I think they have my payment and they didn't transfer to you.
