I am making this journey as it is a bit different from the journey's that I have created on this forum before. For all of my sites, I stuck to Amazon as the ROI was definitely better than the other verticals.

However, I decided to venture a bit further and try out a type of keyword that I have never approached before. CPA.

This will be a lot different compared to what I have done in the past, but I believe in experience over money (as I'm still young and have quite a ways to go and a lot of time in my hands), which is why I decided to try ranking CPA keywords alongside my other Amazon Affiliate projects.

Also, it is important to note that I like to keep my projects low-cost and use money efficiently, so in this journey, I won't be using a lot, but just the right amount to earn that money back as quickly as possible. I will be using my existing PBN sites alongside other cheap services that I know I can't do manually myself.

What I have done:

- Got a keyword from @ZlatanTheGod. This keyword is actually located in France, so it is definitely a bonus to me. This is because not only do I get experience in ranking for a CPA keyword, but also for a country-specific keyword. It is a game niche and will be incentivised using a content locker.

BTW, the keyword is absolutely a joke. The first page is basically full of download sites with image+download link. The sites are ranking for the keyword just because they have it in the download link.

- Paid for a semi-branded domain. This is because I managed to hunt around for a bit for some similar keywords in my niche and managed to find keywords with 10k+ MS that has a word or two difference from my main keyword 18k+ MS.

- Setup my site with the Sparkling theme as it looks clean, simple, and has a CTA button (Ty @Hawkster )

- Added necessary plugins and pages

- Posted a 800 word article which is basically 50% english, with the other 50% being translated into French. I made a few download links and tried to make it look like a legit download site.

- I will be purchasing social signals to get my pages indexed.

What I will do:

- Once 1-2 weeks pass after the social signals are done (slow drip feed), I will be sending a few PBN links from my own network of sites. I have managed to rank pretty high for many low comp keywords with my network with just a few links, so I'm sure I'll be able to rank for this keyword.

- I will expand into other niches in this niche and hope that I can rank for them as well. Although this is a CPA site which I know will get penalized anyway, I'm going to ignore that fact and try to rank for them anyway, throw shit at the wall and see what sticks right?

I'm new to this, but am hoping to learn a lot from it. Just for the record, I created the site yesterday and am not ranking yet. Let's see when I rank and what position I'm in when I do start ranking.

Good luck! I will follow this journey. If you need any help with something, contact us!

Just to keep me on track, here are my current expenses so far, not counting the keyword.

Keyword/Hosting: $N/A
Domain: $9
Social Signals: $8

Total cost: $17.

Profit: $0.

Let's see how far we can go!

I will watch this !

Thanks, hopefully you learn something along the way.

Update #1:

I have added 2 more posts, all of which are in both English & French and have added CPA links as necessary. One keyword is 1600 MS and the other is 10k MS.

I have also ordered the social signals, although it does seem a bit early. However, I have made sure to request a slow drip feed, so that everything hopefully seems normal.

Something important to mention too, is that when I do site:domain.com, my website shows up in Google.FR, so that's a good sign, since my domain is indexed already even though I just purchased the domain and setup the site exactly 24 hours ago.

Looking forward to great results, signing out.

I'm following as well. Btw what CPA network are you planning to use for monetizing?

Do you have a fake generator script? Or is it a CPA content locker via a "downloadable content"?

I will be following this journey as am new too on CPA, will be starting my own new journey as this will be my 1st in internet marketing career..
Best of luck buddy

I will be using OGAds.

When the visitor clicks on the "Download Now" link, it will send them to a page with a locker. When they complete the offer, they will be redirected to a real page with the real download.

Can you PM me which plugins do you use? :D

Not using a lot of plugins, but here is my current list.

- Yoast SEO
- Bootstrap Shortcodes (for beautiful download buttons)
- External Links
- Contact Form 7 (Google loves contact forms)
- Akismet

Best of luck on your journey!

Update #2

Honestly, I don't see much to do for this site rather than just wait a bit longer for the site to age, so that keywords start popping up in the SERPS. However, good news is that my pages are indexing on Google, so that's a good sign that the domain/strategies I'm using for the site is fine.

Once the social signals are done and I see a few keywords ranking here and there, I'll start sending over PBN links. If I use my entire 20 PBN network, it might be overkill, so I'll send them over slowly to see how many I'll need.

I'm getting some organic visits, don't know if that's just me or what. I'm guessing it's just bots or me.

I bought a keyword from @ZlatanTheGod which looks really easy to rank but my only concern is that all my competition is offering the "goods" for free. Do you think people are gullible enough to complete offers which results in us having a good CTR / CVR or this is gonna result in a whole lot of wasted traffic?

If you force people to click on a download button, they think they will get the download. If you create a good link locker with text: "You will receive the files after the survey", that works. With our own experience we still hit 7% CVR. Most of the time the competition websites looks like websites from 20 years ago. If you need any help just contact me or @BassTrackerBoats.

7% CVR seems kinda low. Are you guys using OGAds? I have some questions so I will surely contact you but as of now I'm really busy with exams and I really don't have much time to dedicate to this project.
