Bring Me Warm Client SEO Leads for Generous Profit Split

Hello, I have a local Online SEO Agency based out of Phoenix, Arizona. I currently work with a few local clients however I'm looking to expand to different cities and other industries. I'm quite good at what I do and have been at SEO for 4-5 years now keeping on top of Google updates and client demands. While ranking a client has never been too difficult for me, getting more clients has.

If you have any experience in sales, or have a knack for building rapor through normal everyday interactions with people and business owners I have a generous offer for you. I'm looking to do a 60/40 profit split in my favor for any clients that you will be able to refer to me. I work in all industries - construction, real estate, finance, medical, cosmetic, lawn care, and more.

Overtime, should you bring in more clients and we go into a full JV together, we can move forward to a 50/50 profit split on any clients.

SEO is not all profit, it takes money to rank a client in a competitive city. For example, if you land a $1,500/month client and it cost $500/mo to keep them on top you will be looking at a $400-$500/mo payment from me.

Your best bet of acquiring leads is probably not gonna be jv...not to be a downer but if someone can acquire SEO leads, and they're on a forum like this, I'm fairly sure they have half a brain and can outsource the work to 1 of the millions of seo services here in bhw, even if its at cost the first month, it's still worthwhile for the acquirer to just get the work done at cost as they retain the relationship with the client which is 99% of a successful seo biz.

The reason why I say this is be wary of anyone that offers you such a setup, especially if they agree to your terms of 60/40, because they probably have some hidden agenda.

Best way to acquire seo leads (if ranking your local terms is out of the equation) is by building relationships on lifestyle forums/ppc...

Anyway thats just my 2 cents, i usually don't bother but seo lead jvs generally end in tears mate.

Thanks for the 2 cents Kasher, just a bit closer to my millions now... I'd have to second this advice - Chamber of Commerce events, hosting Meetup events, and speaking with business owners of places you already go is probably your best shot at obtaining some true high paying clients. Also, remembering to not try and sell but to simply build a relationship with these people and inform them about where SEO is going and what it can do for their business. But then again, what do I know....
