Mate this is a great service. The only problem I have with it is the TAT but its a small price to pay for the quality of work you get - especially with the lower tiers. I tried buying quicker Web 2.0 services and firing some fiverr GSA links at them and the GSA links rarely work well. Whereas this gig all the links work keeping the tiered structure intact. Just IMHO for what it's worth.

All Tier 1 are Web 2.0 and fairly good quality. I usually get over 300 Tier 2 Web 2.0 & over 4K of Tier 2 301 redirects. All Tier 3 are GSA type links that don't stick too well. I usually throw a fiverr GSA gig at the Tier 2 to make sure they get indexed and it works well. This is a great gig for link diversity but if you use it right it will also give you a bit of a rank boost. Hope this helps you out.
