Is that domain is good for PBN?

I am going to register first domain for PBN and Im not sure if it is ok.
It is domain used as a fooball club page. Site is not indexed anymore and archive.org shows last screenshot from 2010 and there is no indication to be anything on the site later.
It has links from few strong domains like wikipedia, soccerway.com, soccernews.ru but trust flow in majestic is 0 and citation flow 17 with no spam links (about 30-40 referring domains). Ahrefs stats are ur22 and dr44 ahrefs rank 7m, 104 backlinks in 29 domains

I dont know what to think about such domains.

Trust flow may not be the most reliable of metrics, but if it's 0, and the domain has 40 referring domains, then you can rest assured, that the domain is crap.

History wise, it should be clean, but that's based just on the information that you have provided. Checking archive.org is not enough at all.

Trust Flow measures how trustworthy is the site base on the quality of the links. Having TF0 and CF17 is obviously a very bad sign so maybe most of your links are from spam, directories and link farms.

It's strange if TF is 0, in 99% of cases those domains are shit. If TF is at least 3-4+ that domain might be really high quality domain (not to mention that TF changes daily) with like RD 55+ clean, I've run onto such domains, TF is just one of the metrics that you should look for, and definitely not a pointer of final quality of domain I can assure you that. Just another of metrics that you should pay attention to.

With the information provided domain seems to be OK. I think if it has backlink from wikipedia that is good sign and you can go for it. TF do change daily and you can improve it based on your quality work on PBN. 104 backlinks can be improved based on your SEO practice. All what matters is how you plan your further SEO strategies with sharp and relevant content.

Remember good content and planned SEO can lead you to successful PBN

Site has some decent links which Majestic has obviously not found, hence the 0 TF. However, unless you are planning to use it for a Portuguese/Brazilian site, I would pass, seeing as how it is a .com.br domain and nearly all of its links are foreign.

TF0 is super sketchy. With 29 referring domains, and some being high quality, there should be trust flow. The fact there isn't makes me think it was spammed/de-indexed. Manually check the backlink profile extensively before registering it through multiple tools. I use ahrefs, majestic, semrush, and moz. If the link profile is spam-free, you're good. Try to find any tier 2 links as well. Heavy spam in T2 could damage the domain as well, if not done right.
