Today I noticed that all of my private IG proxies from Portland stopped working. I checked my portal on your website and all of my Portland based proxies seem to be gone and replaced with new ones without any notice whatsoever. I use these for IG, which means that if I was to replace these proxies with new ones, I would very likely have to email verif each of the accounts, which would be a huge hassle as many of these accounts belong to clients (so I don't have access to the email). I really need these exact Portland proxies to be working again or this is all going to be a huge pain as around 60+ accounts were affected, and I have several different customer accounts on your website.

I tried contacting your support today, but this is really urgent and I have not yet heard back.
