There is a measure here in the lounge for jocularity and there is one for goofing around but there is not one for "picking on" a person in a way that can be construed as mean spirited.
The thread where @muscleteen was parodied was fine by him as he even popped in there and commented himself (guy took the whole deal and showed tremendous class and ability to laugh at himself) but I'd be a little surprised if @JoeMongan was not offended by this one.
Looking at this on an objective level I do not think it proper or beneficial to the BHW community so in my opinion it makes sense to close it. Should the person who is the object of the "attention" want it reopened he can request that.
