there are 2 options:
1) Easy one.
you can go to blockchain.info and open Bitcoin wallet. It's free.
Than you find a person/exchanger(I saw few guys on this forum who can do it, ask around) who will take your PayPal $$ (let's say $10) and deposit them to your bitcoin wallet.
Once you have money in your wallet, go to my shop and place the order. Follow the steps and pay using your Bitcoin.
2) tricky one, and you have to look for relialble one.
Find exchanger(ideally automatic online website) that will exchange PayPal to Bitcoin.
Go to my shop and place the order. Follow the steps and when you will be shown the Bitcoin account where to send money and how much, pass this info to the exchanger. They will tell you how much you have to pay in Paypal so they will deposit this amount to the above mentioned account.
I would advise to use option #1. You will have bitcoin account, you can load money there and pay at any time you want without relying on any exchanger.

UPDATE: Accounts were all working fine but now all Locked out by Microsoft.
Contact OP yesterday still waiting response.

All the outlooks you sold me are asking me for phone verification which only OP has access to
Don't know if this could be avoided if OP sets up with recovery email when setting up accounts

it's good idea, but if the accounts were purchased almost month ago, they won't stay live that long.
these are not phone verified.
one other suggestion, you can add recovery email and try to login
