Best Host for Movie Streaming Site?

I am looking to start a movie streaming site. I have my own movie downloads, however I want to upload them and stream them myself.

I'm looking for a host that obviously ignores DMCA, and will NOT take the site down.
Also need something that will allow me to upload the movies to the server quickly and not timeout via FTP.

Looking for the best, at a reasonable price.

Still looking for a host for my website. I've been told that Dedicated or VPS is the way to go, and Offshore hosting is the best to ignore DMCA rules.

I have NUMEROUS movies already, however, I don't want to post the movies and have people directed to another site. I need to find a host that will allow me to upload the movies via FTP and stream them as well.

From there, I'm looking to generate some traffic, utilize SEO, and at some get ads/affiliates going.

I've read from a recent Making Money post about movie niche as well. Recommends offshoreracks VPS. You might wanna consider not hosting the video on your site but upload to video hosts and embed the link on your site, better speed and efficiency.

You can go for any offshore hosting provider, If you would like to ignore the DMCA. Since US, UK and Canada based hosting provider obeys DMCA. Also if possible try to avoid the .COM or .NET name servers in your domain or name servers.

in my opinion you go with offshore dedicated server.

first of all you need a good dedicated server with 1GBPS connection and some reliable script which lets you upload and then stream the videos.
example ClipBucket which is good and free to use.

and this require lot of budget to start and maintain.
if you dont have enough budget then start a Wordpress based site and uplaod your videos to Openload / Jetload get the embed codes from them and post them to your site.
