Just checked the link and you set it for a 1000 per day drip feed..... And thats what you've received, since thats how you set it. Its not slow for any other reason besides you setting a 1,000 per day drip feed, so I'm not sure how you can say you're unhappy with the service, when we're delivering it how you wanted (slow).

2. Subs can drop at times, as every youtuber deals with, but we always refill the order if this happens.

Our views start instantly, but all of YouTube has a 6 hours delay for views, so you wouldn't see the views until 6 hours after adding it.
Our retention is working fine and is between 70-90%. Are you sure you waited 24-48 hours for analytics to update reflecting our views? Send me the links and a screen shot of the retention you're seeing.
Sorry to say, but according to my experience, i made 5 orders (all retention views) and retention was never above 50%, even had one order where the retention was 12% !!!

Just checked your ticket. The issue was that your videos were each an hour or longer and our retention drops off after a while. I'm looking in to changing this up though.
I literally bought 30,000 high retention views. What I got was 30,000 12% watch time views.
You don't note that ANYWHERE in this post, nor your site. I've replied to the support ticket days ago, but you're refusing to answer me. If you don't answer within 24 hours I'm disputing all the charges for false advertisement and not delivering promised products/services. You cheated me and buying 12% views is worse than buying 30k dislikes....

Whats is the point of offering Geo Targeted views for countries where you can LITERALLY get 5 - 10 views a day? From a business perspective its absurd, its just a way to get bad reviews, public complaints, PayPal disputes, time lost in refund request tickets and so on.
I had big hopes when I saw your offer for hispanic countries since I've been searching for these for ages without luck.

You can only have 1 running views submission at a time for tracking purposes.
Some people don't mind these speeds and we make it VERY clear that some countries are MUCH slower than others. Its very hard for me to know which ones we have very little traffic from and which ones we don't, so thats the reason why its like this.
UPDATE:
We had lots of downtime this weekend, which caused us to get a bit a behind. We're catching up and everything is back running smooth. We should be running as it was before within the next couple days.
