facebook group spam issue

i woke up early to spam fb groups as always and i got this message right after spamming 8 diff post from diff website with intervals.
You cant log in right now.
we hv noticed some unusual activity on your acc and needs to be reviewed until then u cannot log in.

This is one of the biggest problem with this kind of fb methods...
If you do mass spamming, your profile(s) and ip address(es) will be flagged then (in the worst case) you will be banned soon.

had 10 mins interval between each unique post and i got this message ... can anyone please pm me to share your method.

There is no "method", use different profils, spam gently (10 posts/profil), don't look too spammy.
Profil 1 -> 10 posts in 10 groups
Profil 2 -> 10 posts in 10 groups
....
Facebook doesn't ban ip, they ban profil (I always use same ips that used with ban profils and they alive for 6 months). Facebook ban also domain names that you own if you use external links in your spam.

There's your problem. Your intervals are WAY too short. Spread those posts out as much as possible.
