How to start a Multi-Channel-Network (MCN) on Youtube?

Do you have to create a sub-network MCN or can't you find any of them to link your channel to them ?
Isn't it make more sense?
BTW If there is any person who has own I would like to contact for linking my channels which is not my own content ))

Sub-networks have been recently banned, because of an update in the YouTube TOS.

Not all of them I still see some people mention about them on other far East forums but don't share the names...

So I found Creators Revolution network and their network is powered by ESL Video Network. I think this should be a subnetwork. I tried to contact them with no success

So basically what I found out that you can be recruiter for some networks. Does anybody have any expereince being a recruiter for a network?
