How to start a Multi-Channel-Network (MCN) on Youtube?

Hey guys,
I know in the past people could create sub network and after reaching few millions of total views, contact companies like Obelisk who have YouTube MCN Programms. However since May 2016 you can't create sub networks anymore
Nowadays I still see enough small networks who have less than 300 partners and they are NOT sub networks.
How do people manage to build their own networks?

Would like to know this too.. I want to create a MCN for my own channels & get content ID access..
 
I saw I guy on another forum selling Channel Verification requests. He had a small MCN. So it is possible.

I contacted Google and they told me I need to contact partner manager to create mcn. Does anybody know how to do it?

Btw was he selling it in 2016 or in 2013-2014?
 
It works diffrent know

You can get mcn from youtube but it only being handed to the 1m subs groups and above.

You have to be doing wight hat and there many rules around the mcn

I had a MCN, I basically bought it from an Albanian TV network who were not using it and had several separate/unused MCN accounts. This was 2011/2012.

It's only got harder since then.

Does it mean that every tv network can create it's own MCN account? I just talked to some friends and they said it should not be a problem to create a tv channel in their country and it won't cost more than 300 euros
 
@Ste Fishkin let's create a new youtube network dude + if you can find the guy who wants to fuck wolves and the other one it would be great.
