Scammed by zybercrime for $40

Beware of zybercrime not delivering after payment.
He says to make PayPal payment using 'gift' option.
Well guess what, if you send money as a gift, then you cannot ask PayPal for help
to recover the payment when you do not recieve your order.

Wanted to purchase an email list. zybercrime responded with a request to communicate on Skype.
He goes by Cyber on Skype, Skype ID: Skype ID: live:rheenasantos23
He lives in the Philipines.

I have not recieved anything from Zybercrime.
I asked for 1 list.
He is referring to "lists". Strange.

Hi might just go an scrounge any freely circulated junk email list from the Internet and produce it as the list he planned to sell me.
I cannot now trust what he is going to produce as a list. Even if it is sent to me on BHW as proof.

I also asked for a refund. And there was no answer on Skype. He is totally Offline.
I am unemployed trying to do email marketing of PPL products to survive.
He took a big chunk of what little money I have.
He can keep the money, but at the same time be banned, as a lesson.
