Think logical - proxies cost money, they are not like air they are located somewhere and each proxy cost something - so whats the point for someone to share free proxies and even fresh with some strangers? Whats the logic of all this?
Buy some shared proxies and you always have your own proxies.
Or you can go with our rotating proxies - check signature - rotating proxies checks each 10 minutes so you always have fresh and new proxies

Sorry, I don't know. For last 3 years, I am only using paid proxy. But before I used tools for scraping proxy.
