BHW user stealing ad copy

No agression OP send the guilty guy to me and me put him work harder than elephant in my farm and he work as a slave with chains only dirty water to him I give and worms for food, he cry everyday but he not able to get back to real life he work and work and help with my farm and family support food but for him no food only worms.

So I was perusing my emails the other day when I stumbled across a promo email from a competitor of mine, reading through it I got a weird case of deja vu.

Something seemed off until I realised it was my fucking sales copy. This lazy bastard not only attempted to copy my software, making a lesser program / package in the process, but has also copied the sales copy entirely.

Now I expect people to attempt to copy the idea behind my software as it happens whenever I release something new (I guess I am just that good) but to take the promo material from an email I sent out just before new years and to send it out about a week later is just fucking lazy and speaks volumes to the creativity and effort that they put into their product.

The fact this person is a BHW user and fully aware that I am also a BHW user does sting a little bit. I have always tried to be civil with my competitors, especially those that are fellow BHW members and I don't intend on changing that today but I would hope he sees this and thinks twice about doing something so shitty in future.

What would you do if you were in this position?

I never was good with marketing so I'd be happy some one else found my ad copy to be that good... Well, I am so bad at it that I'd be happy even if some one would just view it. I am that guy who was never able to spend his PPC balance cause my ads were so bad that almost no one clicked them.

I tried to find who was doing it, and found some of your affiliates are offering a "free cracked version" of your software - but then it's just a legit sales page with an affiliate tag to your main domain. Using some of your sales copy as well.

Isn't this blackhatception or sumthin?

Your taking ownership as a collective because no one wants to own up to plagerism directly?

And finally after you have pretty much avoided any direct culpability or explained what happened,your subtlety but quite obviously having a dig at Jim for bad protocol in posting in public before discussing in private (even though he didn't).
