A quick review on their customer service:

I haven't even deposited money in my account yet and they have still been extremely helpful in answering all of my questions about their custom FB comment service. I've had quite a few questions as the order form is not clear about how and when they post the comments. And it does take several hours to get an answer. But I'm still pleased to report that they are very patient and helpful with me.

2) I had ordered 5000 of the real followers 10% drop and 2000 of another one a few days ago - both with 30 day refill, but real followers have been dropping. I check periodically and they are the real followers/profiles. I went from 28K + to 35K + to now 34K+ just in a couple of days. When I open a ticket for refill to check, they told me that non have drop, but they are indeed dropping. I don't know what to do. lol. here are both IDs ( 456709 and 468824 )
