Should I Backlink to Guest Post?

I have some Guest Post backlinks from the authority websites e.g engadget, etc. I'd like to ask some questions here.

1. Should I backlink to the Guest Posts?
2. If I should, what type of backlinks should I build ? PBN, web 2 or what?

Any help would be appreciated...Thanks a lot, guys..

"with extra care" I mean that you should take care in making back-links, give good amount of time while creating back-links. It should look natural.

For guest posts prefer social signals
Run ads campaign for them.

Do you know they don't do interlinking when you will post on their site. but when your post will get viral they will start to interlink.
While the guest posts from editors account get internal linking.

Also just remember that you need to make your guest post viral.

I have a very authoritative site. Once I accepted for free a very good guest post (i rarely do that) and a month ago I noticed the guy was sending crappy backlinks from comments and stuff, despite me telling him not to do any shady shit that might compromise my site.

You know what I did? I deleted that post and reported his site on google for spam. He probably payed top notch money to a writer for that post, and some money on fivver for all that crappy links. And all he got in the end was a middle finger and possibly a google penalty. Keep that in mind before sending crappy links to authoritative sites that actually care about their backlinks

Thanks for your idea. That's exactly what I have concerned much.. I worry they will delete my posts if I build backlinks to them.
By the way, what niche is your website in? If the niche is in tech I would be interested in guest posting on the website..

Hi,

There is not really any necessity to do any links to it. If the sites are more active and engaged they do not need backlinks to increase its power as they have their own power/juice passing to your site - I dont think (in my experience), anymore power/back links are in need to boost up the guest post links.

Just let it be, dont link or anything. It does its job well without backlinks. You can do other guest posts to your money site rather than tryig with tier 2 back links.
