No sir, if they won't accept your following request, all you can try is creating a fake Instagram account and following them with that account. Sadly that's the only way.

Sadly, there is NO other method.

with what exactly? you need to explain more, you are talking about viewing private photos and survey sites which are 2 completely different things.

but if you want to see someones private account you need to get accepted by them.

If you don't follow them, the only other way to see their posts is to log in with their account.
I think there used to be a vulnerability with Instagrams private API that allowed it but it certainly doesn't anymore

i can assure you there is no way to see a private picture without following..
