Refund the order and apologise to the buyer and explain why you couldn't process it. Ask them to pay via another payment method if they still want the product

There are IG tutorials here in BHW. One just dropped in September but it is a mass follow spam approach. Still, you can learn a lot from its techniques. I don't have the URL handy right now.
